1. طبيعة الخدمة
Home Budget أداة لتنظيم الميزانيات وتسجيل المصروفات والدخل والمحافظ ومشاركة السجلات مع أفراد العائلة أو الفريق المصرح لهم. التطبيق ليس بنكًا، ولا يحتفظ بأموال، ولا يقدم محاسبة معتمدة أو نصيحة استثمارية أو ضمانًا للتوفير.
2. الحساب والمسؤولية
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات التسجيل وحماية وسيلة الدخول وعدم مشاركة رموز التحقق. يجب أن تستخدم الدعوات داخل العائلة أو الفريق المقصود فقط، وأن تبلغ الدعم عند الاشتباه في وصول غير مصرح به.
3. العائلات والأدوار
يحدد القائد الأعضاء والأدوار والمحافظ المتاحة. لا يجوز للعضو محاولة تجاوز صلاحياته أو تغيير سجلات مستخدم آخر دون إذن. نقل القيادة إجراء صريح، ولا يتم تلقائيًا.
4. صحة البيانات
راجع الإدخالات الصوتية والنصية والأرصدة والتقارير قبل الاعتماد عليها. قد تحدث أخطاء إدخال أو مزامنة أو اتصال، وتظل مسؤولية القرارات المالية على المستخدم.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق في الاحتيال أو انتهاك خصوصية الآخرين أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو محاولة الوصول إلى عائلة أخرى أو تعطيل الخدمة. يجوز تقييد الوصول لحماية المستخدمين أو معالجة إساءة موثقة.
6. الخصوصية والحذف
توضح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات المستخدمة، وتشرح صفحة حذف الحساب الطلب داخل التطبيق والمسار الخارجي والبيانات التي قد تبقى مجهولة الهوية لحماية دفاتر مشتركة.
7. الخطة المجانية وPremium
تتضمن الخطة المجانية قائد العائلة فقط دون إضافة أفراد أو فرق. يتيح Premium إضافة أفراد العائلة والفرق ويرفع الحدود ويفعّل المزايا الموضحة على شاشة الاشتراك، ومنها إيقاف طلبات الإعلانات والتقارير والتصدير المتقدم. تُعرض الأسعار والمدة والعملة المحلية داخل واجهة Google Play قبل تأكيد الشراء.
اشتراك Google Play متجدد تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ من إدارة الاشتراكات قبل موعد التجديد. إلغاء التجديد لا يحذف البيانات، وتستمر المزايا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة وفق حالة Google Play. عند انتهاء الاشتراك تبقى السجلات محفوظة، وتتوقف فقط المزايا والإضافات التي تتجاوز حدود الخطة المجانية. يخضع الاسترداد وسياسة السداد إلى Google Play والقانون المطبق.
عندما ينشئ قائد جديد عائلة مستقلة من رابط إحالة صحيح، قد تحصل العائلة صاحبة الرابط على 30 يومًا إضافية وفق شروط العرض داخل التطبيق. لا تُحتسب دعوات أعضاء العائلة أو الفريق، ولا يمكن تحويل المكافأة إلى نقد.
8. التوفر والتغييرات
قد تتأثر الخدمة باتصال الإنترنت أو Firebase أو أنظمة التشغيل. نحاول الحفاظ على الاستمرارية لكننا لا نضمن توفرًا دون انقطاع. قد تتغير المميزات أو هذه الشروط، ويُنشر تاريخ النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة.
9. الدعم
للمساعدة استخدم صفحة الدعم أو البريد m2006.k1971@gmail.com. لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو OTP أو بيانات بطاقة دفع أو مفاتيح سرية.

1. Service purpose
Home Budget is a tool for budgets, expenses, income, wallets, and records shared with authorized family or team members. It is not a bank, does not hold funds, and does not provide certified accounting, investment advice, or guaranteed savings.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate registration details, protecting your sign-in method, and not sharing verification codes. Use invitations only for the intended family or team and contact support if unauthorized access is suspected.
3. Families and roles
The leader controls members, roles, and available wallets. Members must not bypass permissions or alter another user's records without authorization. Leadership transfer is explicit and never silently assigned.
4. Data accuracy
Review voice and typed entries, balances, and reports before relying on them. Entry, synchronization, or connection errors can occur, and financial decisions remain the user's responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for fraud, privacy violations, unlawful content, cross-family access, or service disruption. Access may be restricted to protect users or address documented abuse.
6. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains data use. The account deletion page explains in-app and external requests and why shared ledger records may be retained in de-identified form.
7. Free and Premium plans
The Free plan includes the family leader and up to 3 family members and 3 teams within the limits shown in the app. Premium raises those limits and enables the benefits listed on the subscription screen, including no ad requests, advanced reports, and extended export. Google Play displays the localized price, billing period, and currency before purchase confirmation.
Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in subscription management before renewal. Canceling renewal does not delete data, and benefits continue until the end of the paid period according to the Google Play status. When a subscription expires, records remain available while features and additions above Free limits stop. Refunds and payment handling follow Google Play policies and applicable law.
When a new leader creates an independent family through a valid referral link, the referring family may receive 30 additional days under the offer shown in the app. Inviting members of the same family or team does not qualify, and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Availability and changes
Service may depend on internet access, Firebase, and operating systems. We work toward continuity but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features or these terms may change, with the revised date published here.
